摘要 论证了基于Lambert方程的动态测量中系统误差的存在性,并针对高斯分布物料模型的射线计数误差进行了分析,提出了基于平稳高斯过程的Lambert定律,同时对普遍存在于在线组分测量中的一种系统误差推导出其误差修正因子。 In this paper a kind of significant systematic effects in online measurement by radiation transmission is recognized. Then model the quantity in question by a stationary Gauss distribution so as to investigate the characteristics of radiation attenuation process, a systematic effect occurred in most online pattern detection is found and a quantificational correction is given to compensate this effect. A modified relationship between intensity and thickness, mass attention for Lambert theorem is given.
