摘要 浮游动物生物量是海洋生态系研究的重要参数之一。常用生物量的测定方法根据其原理主要可分为 4类 :生物个体分级数目估算法 (Body sizedcountingestimation)、体积法 (Volu metric)、重量法 (Gravimetric) ,和生物化学分析法 (Biochemicalanalysis)。文中介绍了各类常用测定方法 。 The determination of the zooplankton biomass is the most essential part of the research on marine ecology. There are a wide variety of biomass measurements. According to the principles of these methods, four types can be classified: body sized counting estimation, volumetric, gravimetric, biochemical analysis. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were also discussed.
