Progress on the Reseach of Melt Treatment for Al Alloys

叙述了近年来铝合金的精炼、变质和晶粒细化等熔体处理的研究进展 ,指出熔体净化应以除渣为主、去气为辅 ;介绍了RE、Sr、Te、P等变质剂的特点 ;探讨了铝钛硼晶粒细化的“中毒”现象。

The development of melt treatment including refinement, modification and grain fining for Al alloys was summarized. The paper proposed melt purity should try to detach dregs firstly, and then detach gases. The characteristic of the modifier including RE, Sr, Te and P was introduced. The'poison'phenomenon of AlTiB grain refinement was discussed.
