摘要
介绍了由Peltier效应和Seebeck效应发展起来的半导体热电材料的原理及其应用。碳化硼是最具潜力的高温热电材料之一。本文总结了碳化硼热电性能的最新研究成果,提出了其作为高温热电材料应用的限制因素以及解决的可能途径。
In this paper, the principle and application of the semiconductor thermoelectric materials evolved from the Peltier effect and Seebeck effect were summarized. Boron carbide is one of the most promising hightemperature thermoelectric materials. The latest achievements on the thermoelectric properties of boron carbide were summarized, and the restrictions in the application of hightemperature thermoelectric properties of boron carbide, as well as the possible solve approach, were discussed simultaneously.
