摘要
研究了硫酸铵介质中金属锰与水的反应及其动力学,考察了反应过程有关参数对反应速度的影响。研究证明,在硫酸铵介质中,金属锰可与水发生置换反应生成氢氧化锰,利用此反应可以制备高纯氢氧化锰。试验结果表明,随硫酸铵浓度的增加,反应速度加快;在硫酸铵介质中,金属锰与水的置换反应属扩散控制,反应的表观活化能为17.46kJ/mol;经XRD检测及SEM形貌分析证明,所得Mn(OH)2产物为片状六方晶体,颗粒较均匀,SEM粒径为3~4μm。
The kinetics and reaction between metallic manganese and water were studied in (NH4)2SO4 solution. The effects of related parameters upon the reaction kinetics were investigated. The research proved that in (NH4)2SO4 solution metallic manganese react completely with water to convert to Mn(OH)2. By means of the reaction high pure Mn(OH)2 can be prepared. With the increase of concentration of (NH4)2SO4, the reaction rate speeds up. The reaction was controlled by diffusion with apparent activation energy of 17.46kJ/mol. By means of XRD and SEM, the Mn(OH)2 product was proved to be exfoliating hexahedral and uniform with granularity of 3~4μm.
