模糊对等理论视域下中国古诗词中数词英译研究

Study on numeral English translation of ancient Chinese poetry from the perspective of fuzzy equivalence theory

在模糊对等理论的指导下,通过举例得出中国古诗词中数词翻译的困难是由于数词本身的语义模糊性,固定的表达形式以及文化差异造成的并提出以模糊译模糊、省略数词、以精确译模糊的翻译策略。

Under the guidance of the theory of fuzzy equivalence,this paper draws the conclusion by exemplifying the difficulties in translating numerals in ancient Chinese poetry lies in the semantic fuzziness of the numeral itself,the fixed collocation and cultural difference.In order to solve the problems in translation,the translation strategies are proposed constructively,which are translating fuzziness into fuzziness,omitting numerals and translating fuzziness into precision.
