Research on the public participation in the social stability risk assessment of resource-based cities

资源型城市社会稳定风险具有高概率性,公众参与是缓解矛盾冲突的有力途径。针对资源型城市公众参与社会稳定风险评估缺失的问题,对公众参与的无序性及无效性进行了反思;并从建多元主体评估模式,规范稳评程序、健全各种配套制度、提高公众参与责任意识等方面提出完善资源型城市公众参与社会稳定风险评估的对策。

The risk of social stability in resource-based cities is of high probability,and public participation is a powerful way to alleviate conflicts.In view of the lack of risk assessment of public participation in social stability in resource-based cities,the disorder and inefficiency of public participation are rethought.The countermeasures to improve the public participation in the risk assessment of social stability in resource-based cities are put forward from the aspects of constructing the multi-subject evaluation model,standardizing the stability evaluation procedure,perfecting various supporting systems,and raising the awareness of public participation responsibility.
