摘要
对国际电工委员会第三类技术报告IEC61000 3 6《电磁兼容限值中、高压电力系统中畸变负荷发射限值的评估》中提出的谐波电压叠加方法进行了研究。通过大量实测数据统计和计算发现:该报告中提出的叠加指数不完全适用于电气化铁道牵引负荷在电力系统侧引起的谐波电压叠加。本文通过对大量牵引负荷谐波数据的统计和计算给出了适用于牵引负荷谐波电压的叠加指数。通过验证,本文提出的叠加指数优于IEC报告中的叠加指数,计算结果更接近实际情况。
It is studied in this paper that the summation laws of harmonic proposed by IEC in the third type technical report 6100036 'Assessment of Emission Limits for Distorting Loads in MV and HV Power Systems--Basic EMC Publication' are how to be applied to electric railway. It is to be proved in this paper that the summation exponent in IEC report is not suitable for summation of harmonic voltage of electric railway in power system through statistic and calculation based on a great deal recorded harmonic data of electric railway. Better summation exponent for electric railway is proposed in this paper. It has been proved that the summation exponent proposed is more close to practice by simulation calculation.
