Three-dimensional Construction of Professional Happiness of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Colleges and Universities

思政课"教师作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,他们在教育工作中是否感受到幸福,影响重大。从现实情况看,由于社会、学校和教师自身三方面消极因素的负面作用,导致当前高校"思政课"教师普遍缺乏职业幸福。因此,需要从社会、学校、个体三个维度采取有效措施,建构"思政课"教师的职业幸福。

The teachers of ideological and political theory course are the backbone power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It has great influence if they feel happy in the education work or not. From the real situation, the teachers of ideological and political theory course generally lack of professional happiness because of negative effect from the tripartite factors. So it needs to take effective measures in order to construct professional happiness of the teachers of ideological and political theory course.
