摘要
从人本管理理论的安全需求、爱和归属感、尊重、自我实现、赏识与认可五个方面分析了外语人才培养中的人本管理问题。提高外语人才培养质量的主要途径:和谐师生关系营造、教学方式创新、鼓励性评价体系的建设、自主学习能力培养。以上途径充分体现了人本管理的"以人为本、促进人的全面发展"的重要思想。
This paper carries out an analysis of some problems in cultivation of foreign language talents in the perspective of safety needs, love and belonging, esteem, self-actualization, appreciation and recognition. The ways to improve quality of foreign language talents is discussed as follows: harmonious relationship between teachers and students, innovative teaching methods, setting up positive assessment system, bettering self-study ability. This reflects the important human-oriented ideology for an all-round development of individuals. This paper is also an attempt to apply humanistic management to cultivation of talents of foreign languages,which is a great theoretical and pragmatic significance of improving talents training programme and their quality.
