我国家庭农场的缘起与发展

Development of Family Farm in China

随着我国现代农业的全面推进,家庭农场作为新型农业经营主体的一类,得到国家及社会各界的广泛关注,正在成为我国农业规模化发展的基础性力量。从家庭农场的内涵与外延出发,通过追溯国营农场到家庭农场在我国的发展历程,从制度变迁的角度深入揭示了我国家庭农场产生与演变的内在逻辑,分析了家庭农场制度变迁的动因和条件,并总结了当代中国家庭农场发展的主要特点与现状。

Together with the overall development of modern agriculture in China,and,as one of the new agriculture patterns,Family Farm has draw attentions from both the state government and the society.Family farm is becoming the fundamental drive for the development of agricultural industrialization.Based on the reformed practice of operational mechanism of agricultural production and in comparison with family farms in developed countries,this paper made in-depth analysis on the endogenous logics of the starting and evolving of family farm.The paper also summarized the major characters and present situations on the development of modern family farm in China.
