新型城镇化进程中村落共同体消解及地域共同体重建

The Practical Logic of the Settlement of Village Community and the Reconstruction of Regional Community in the Process of New Urbanization——Analysis Based on the Perspective of Regional Society

从地域社会理论视角,以河南省新乡市M社区为例,系统性考察新型城镇化进程中村落共同体消解及地域共同体重建的实践逻辑。社会空间的集约化转型导致了传统村落共同体在社会边界、社会生活、社会关系等多重维度的消解,具体表现为地域边界、地域生活和地域功能不同程度消解,地域共同体重建具体包括基于特定节地率的地域边界重建、基于"户籍均沾"的房屋配置模式和轮流赡养安置策略的地域生活重建以及"大杂居、小聚居"原则下的地域公共性重建,就地域社会学理论视角而言,村落共同体消解及地域共同体重建的核心是地域社会整合机制,一方面,新型城镇化进程中传统村落共同体消解是一种建立在都市过密化和乡村疏离化产生的社会经济结构转型;另一方面,地域共同体是一个将都市和村落统合起来的统一体,是相互关联的有机整体,其实践过程充满动态性、统合性和关联性。

From the perspective of regional society theory,taking M community in Xinxiang City of Henan Province as an example,this paper systematically investigates the practical logic of the dissolution of village community and the reconstruction of regional community in the process of new urbanization.First,the village community is cleared up.The intensive transformation of social space has led to the dissolution of traditional village community in social boundaries,social life,social relations and other multiple dimensions,specifically manifested by the dissolution of regional boundaries,regional life and regional functions to varying degrees;secondly,the reconstruction of regional community.Specifically,it includes the reconstruction of regional boundaries based on specific land saving rate,the reconstruction of regional life based on household registration contaminated housing allocation model and the strategy of alternate maintenance and resettlement,and the reconstruction of regional publicity based on the principle of'large mixed and small settlements';finally,from the perspective of regional sociology theory,the dissolution of village community and regional republicanism.On the one hand,the dissolution of the traditional village community in the process of new urbanization is a social and economic structural transformation based on urban over density and rural alienation;on the other hand,the regional community is a unity that integrates the city and the village and is mutual.The organic whole of a federation is dynamic,integrated and relevant.
