以"资源整合—价值增值—合作社再联合"为研究主线,通过对一家销售型农民专业合作社联合社的案例分析,对联合社的生成路径进行了理论解释。研究表明,制度净收益决定着组织的制度变迁,资源整合既能够充分发挥合作社的规模收益,又能够降低交易成本。通过整合资源,成立联合社分享产业链价值增值收益是合作社未来的发展趋势。

The main lines of this study are resource integration,value adding and the reunion of specialized farmers cooperatives.By case analysis of a sales-oriented farmer’s professional cooperative,this paper gives a theoretical explanation of the formation path of the cooperatives union.The conclusion of the research shows that the resource integration can not only give full play to the scale income of cooperatives,but also reduce transaction costs.And finally get organized potential profit.The reason why the sales type cooperatives union was founded is to rely on the extension of the industrial chain to share the added value of the industrial chain by resource integration.This is also an important way for cooperatives to maximize the potential profits of the organization.
