摘要
利用红外光谱 (IR)和 X射线衍射 (XRD)对 Ca O- Al2 O3 - Si O2 系尾砂玻璃及其晶化过程的结构进行了研究。结果表明 ,尾砂玻璃晶化析出主晶相为透辉石 ,次晶相为钙长石和枪晶石。玻璃网络中主要有 Si O4、Al O4四面体结构单元 ,玻璃结构中具有和透辉石结构类似的近程排列 ,这个近程排列具有析出主晶相 (透辉石 )的先驱结构。随着 Ca F2 的含量增加 ,网络无序度增大 ,使玻璃红外光谱最强吸收带宽化且朝低波数方向移动 ;随晶化温度的提高 ,红外光谱最强吸收带也朝低波数方向移动 。
The CaO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 glass manufactured by tail sand as a main raw material and its structure of the crystalline processes were studied by means of infrared spectra and X ray powder diffraction.The results indicate that CaMgSiO 6 precipitates as main crystalline phase,and CaAl 2SiO 8 and Ca 4Si 2O 7F 2 precipitate as minor crystalline phase respectively on crystallization processes of glass.The glass has interlinked SiO 4 and AlO 4 tetrahedra as their most fundamental units.The short range order which is similar to the structure of CaMgSiO 6 exists in the glass and has precursor structures of primary crystalline phase.With the increase of CaF 2 content,the random state of glass structure increase.The absorption bands of FTIR spectra have broaded and shifted from the high frequency region to lower that.With improving crystallization temperture,the strongest absorption bands also shift from the high frequency region to lower that and the intensity of the absorption bands obviously increases.
