The Thoughts of Three Representatives is the core of the report of the 16th National Congress of CCP.In the report,new interpretion of the Thoughts was made and many new requests were raised.It's very important to recognize the new interpretion and requests,especiedly in contnuting the well off society and starting a new prospect of socialism cause of Chinese characteristics.
