摘要
针对目前中国金融市场上资金信托产品单一这一状况,本文设计了一种新的信托产品,称之为“高等教育发展信托”。论证了该产品的可行性,并分析了其实施过程。该信托产品的成功实施,可以为我国高等教育的发展提供新的融资渠道,同时也为信托公司找到了新的利润增长点。
In view of existing situation that trust products in current Chinese finance market are relatively single,a new product called'Higher Education Development Trust'is designed in this paper.The feasibility of this product is demonstrated,and its operating procedure is also analyzed.The successful operation of this trust product can provide a new financing channel for the development of Chinese higher education;at the same time,trust&investment company can also find new growth point of profit.
