浅析民营科技园的建立模式及管理体制

Preliminary Analysis of Establishment Model and Management System of Nongovernmental Park of Science and Technology

20世纪90年代以来,我国的科技工业园得到了长足的发展,其中民营科技园的崛起,标志着我国科技工业园的发展步入了一个崭新的阶段。我国民营科技园的发展,不可能照搬“硅谷”模式,这是由各国不同的政治、经济、文化环境决定的。其发展既要体现“民营”这种全新的运营、管理模式的特点,又要与我国不很发达的市场经济相联系起来,建立一种从实际出发的园区发展模式及管理体制。

Since the1990s',the parks of science and technology have highly developed in our country;especially the growing up of the nongovernmental parks of science and technology symbolizes the new development of parks of science and technology.The development of nongovernmental parks of science and technology may not entirely follow the model of Silicon Valley,which is determined by different political,economic and cultural environments in each country.The development will not only represent the characteristics of nongovernmental but also relate with underdevelopment market economy in our country.We'd better establish a kind of development model and management system in accordance with our reality.
