依据我国当前经济发展和图书馆事业发展的情形 ,强调了加快我国图书馆立法的必要性 ,阐述了建立和健全我国图书馆法的意义、目的及作用。重点论述了图书馆立法的内容及应坚持的基本原则 ,旨在呼吁我国图书馆法早日诞生。
The essay lays emphasis on the significance and necessity of establishing and strengthening the library laws based on the current situation of the development of our national economy and libraries. The author emphatically expounds the contents and basic principles concerning about the library legislation so as to appeal to the whole society for the early establishment of the library laws in our country.
