摘要
针对泡沫铝发泡过程的动力学过程进行了详细的讨论. 主要进行了用TiH2作为发泡剂制备泡沫铝材过程中熔融铝中发泡剂的分解、氢气泡的产生、长大、合并、消失等过程的动力学分析, 为发泡过程及泡沫铝的结构控制提供了理论依据.
An analysis on the dynamics involved in the foaming processes such as the decomposition of TiH2,and the production, growth, combination and breakup of H2 bubbles is elaborated. The findings can be used asa theory foundation for the foaming process of foamed aluminum and hence the final foamed structure.
