摘要
在CONFORM的基础上建立了CONCLAD有限元分析模型, 并利用商业软件DEFORM对CONCLAD过程进行了三维的数值模拟, 分析了三维模型下, 坯料变形的等效应力场、等效应变场及速度场, 并给出了充腔过程中挤压轮扭矩与时间步数的关系图, 与理论分析的结果符合较好.
The construction of the CONCLAD model is based on CONFORM technology. Basically the three-dimension FEM is carried out by using the commercial DEFORM software, in such aspects as the effective-stress, effective-strain and velocity field and, the DEFORM software further provides the relationship of extru-sion-roll torque and time steps, which agrees with the experimental and theoretical result.
