摘要
分析了我国现行城市土地供应机制及模式的特征及存在的问题, 提出政府垄断一级土地市场的城市土地供应新机制, 建立城市土地收购储备制度, 优化城市土地供应模式.
The characteristics and problems of the present Urban-land supplying system and model in China areanalyzed. A new urban-land supplying system that government monopolizes the land market in cities is putforward, to establish the land-reserving system in cities, and optimize the urban-land supplying model.
