摘要
传统的供应链管理研究习惯于把整个供应链纳入一个模型,采用集中式的方式进行决策。但在实际应用中,由于供应链是一种跨企业的超法人的组织,各节点的决策能力、决策偏好、决策参数等都不尽相同,不适宜用集中式的方式进行决策。通常情况下,核心企业和它上游与下游的企业之间是主权独立但又相互合作的关系,在这种情况下,应该存在一种决策机制,保证整个供应链决策质量,实现供应链管理的目标。文章分析了供应链的决策层次,进一步给出了供应链的决策模型和满意解。
Traditionally,Most researchers are accustomed to regard the supply chain as an entity,and making central decision in a model.In fact,Supply chain is an organization beyond enterprises,the relationship between the core enter-prise and upstream or downstream enterprises is independent and collaborative,there should be one kind of decision-making mechanism to ensure quality of decision-making along all the chain,and undertake″win-win″policy between all nodes implemented.In this paper,it analyzes the decision-making layers in the supply chain,fatherly,offers the decision-making model and solution method.
