辣椒(Capsicum annuum)酯酶同工酶的初步研究

摘要 Ⅰ:辣椒酯酶同工酶的试验方法探讨试验方法和手段的正确与否关系到试验结果的准确性。酯酶同工酶的研究方法报道较少,多采用李继耕的方法进行。他根据水稻的研究认为,分离胶浓度以7%为好;唐明远在蓖麻上、王保仁在甘兰上研究认为,分离胶浓度以8%为好,而程家胜在苹果上研究则认为,分离胶浓度以7.7%为好。可见,不同植物采用的适宜分离胶浓度是不同的。 The relationship as concerns esterase isoenzyme for fourteen varieties in pepper and hybrids F_1 of six combinations with its parents was compared and analysed by using the discontinuons system of polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis method on the vertical plate. The result indicated that no significant differences in zonal number exists in varieties and between hybrids F_1 with its parents.Quantity is the same to the above varieties and hybrids F_1,But on the other hand,enzyme activity make gr- at difference in varieties and between hybrids F_1. Esterase activity in varieties may be divided into three classes:strong type, medium type and week type indicating certain tendency in correlation with growth power.as to esterase activity in hybrids F_1,over dominance type,incomplete dominance type and dominance type may also be clecided. It is considered preliminary that this differences may be used for testing the purity of hybrid seeds during the early stage of seed growth. According to the experiment,the OD value of degree of enzyme activity and oil content in pepper seeds was showed a positive correlation.It is used as reference for testing oil content in pepper seeds.
