摘要 用动力输出轴驱动具有较大转动惯量的农机工作部件时,若整个传动链均采用刚性联结,则当拖拉机停车换挡时,农机工作部件的旋转惯性力矩对传动系统会产生冲击作用,从而可能使动力输出轴扭转破坏和使倒挡轴产生塑性变形(对东方红—75而言)。在传动系统中增设挠性件或在适当的部位安装单向超越离合器可能缓和此种现象。预言的几种现象可以检验本文分析的正确性。 In this paper,we point out when power take-off drive a working Assem bly with larger rotatory inertial moment of agricultural machinery and If the complete transmission Chain all use stiff Connection then The tractor stop and Shift gears.The rotatory inertial moment of working assembly of agricul- tural machinery will produce Shock action to transmission system and thereby probably the power take-off will destroy and the reverse shaft will produce plastic deformation (For example,Dong-Fang-Hong-75).In the tran- smission system,If we increase a flexible part or Set up a single direction ouerstep clutch in a appropriate place.The Shock appearance probably will be relax.The present paper predict several appearance which Can inspect our a- nalysis whether Correct.
