公驼枕腺分泌物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨公驼枕腺分泌物对免疫抑制小鼠免疫机能的影响。方法:小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺(cyclophospha-mide,CTX)建立免疫抑制动物模型,然后分别以高、中、低三个剂量(250mg.kg-1、25mg.kg-1和2.50mg.kg-1)灌胃给予枕腺分泌物(poll gland Secretions,PGS)。测定各组小鼠体重、脾脏指数和胸腺指数,并采用ELISA法检测试验小鼠血清细胞因子IL-6和TNF-a以及免疫球蛋白IgG和IgM的含量,采用碳廓清法测定单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果:与免疫抑制模型组相比,中、高剂量PGS能显著提高免疫抑制小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P<0.05),显著提高血清IL-6含量(P<0.05)和IgG含量;高剂量PGS能显著提高小鼠血清TNF-α的含量(P<0.05),低、中剂量PGS组小鼠血清TNF-α含量亦有上升趋势,但尚未达到显著水平;PGS高剂量组小鼠单核巨噬吞噬系数显著高于免疫抑制模型组小鼠。结论:公驼枕腺分泌物对机体免疫机能具有一定的促进作用,可增强由环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠免疫功能。 Objective:To study the effect of poll gland secretion(PGS) on immunosuppressed mice.Method: The immunosuppressive mice models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(80mg·kg-1).Poll gland secretion was given by orally administration for 14d.The immune organ index,mononocyte-macrophage function and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IgG and IgM were determined by using gravimetric method,spectrophotometry and ELISA,respectively,following administration of poll gland secretion in high,medium and low-doses.Results: The results showed that high and middle dose of poll gland secretion(PGS) can significantly increase the immune organ index(P<0.05) and the serium IgG and IL-6 levels(P<0.05)in immunosuppressed mice,as well as high dose of PGS can significantly increase serium TNF-α level(P<0.05).The mononocyte-macrophage function of immunosuppressed mice was also significantly increased following administration of high dose PGS..Conclusion: The poll gland secretioncould enhance the immune function in immunosuppressed mice.
