摘要
本文以沙芥属(Pugionoum)植物沙芥(Pugionium cornum(L.)Gaertn)和斧形沙芥(Pugionium cornum dolabra-tum Maxim)为试材,人工控制的土壤含水量条件下对沙芥和斧形沙芥种子的萌发、出苗及幼苗生长的影响来探索其生理生态适应性。实验结果显示,沙芥和斧形沙芥种子均能够在土壤含水量2%~20%条件下萌发,沙芥最适宜萌发范围在6%~12%,斧形沙芥最适宜萌发范围在6%~8%;沙芥和斧形沙芥种子能够在土壤含水量2%~20%出苗,沙芥与斧形沙芥出苗适宜土壤含水量范围为6%~8%;沙芥土壤含水量6%~8%与斧形沙芥土壤含水量8%幼苗生物量显著高于其他处理,当土壤含水量分别为2%和8%时,二者根冠比分别达到最大。土壤含水量2%以上时,沙芥和斧形沙芥都能萌发和出土,显示出沙芥属植物对沙生环境有较强的适应性,其中沙芥和斧形沙芥萌发率和出苗率等对比数据显示沙芥略高于斧形沙芥,可以初步推测在沙地环境中沙芥适应性比斧形沙芥更好一些。
The paper used seed of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum as test material,it observed the germination,germination and seedling growth of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum under artificial control of soil moisture condition.to explore the physiological and ecological adaptability.The experimental results showed that seed of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum could germinate in 2%~20% the soil water content,suitable soil water content was 6%~12%,the soil water content,suitable soil water content was 6~8%,Seed of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum could emerge in 2%~20% the siol water content,suitable soil moisture of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum emergence were 6% ~8%;P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum seedlings biomass at 6%~8% and 8% soil water content were significantly higher than that of other treatments,and ratio of root to shoot of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum reached maximum at 2% and 8% the soil water content,Soil water content of above the 2%,both seed of P.cornutum and P.dolabrotum can germinate and seedling can be emergence.The germinate rate and emergence rate of P.cornutus were slightly higher than that of P.dolabrotum.The results showed that Pugionoum plant strong adaptability to the sandy environment,and adaptability of P.cornutum was stronger than that of P.dolabrotum.
