摘要
分析低亚麻酸油用亚麻后代品系的农艺性状间的关系及其对产量的贡献,可以为育种选择提供理论依据。试验分别考察了来自LH620个油用亚麻品系的主要农艺性状,分析结果表明,其农艺性状均存在丰富的遗传变异。通过平均数分析,得出其变异幅度不同。通过相关分析,6对性状达到显著或极显著相关。通过进行主成分分析,分别选取能代表全部遗传信息85%以上的5个主成分,并对各个性状在相应主成分中的贡献率进行分析,LH6应选单株粒重较大,果球数较多,含油率较高,株高、工艺长度、分枝数适中的材料。
The relationship among each agronomic character and the yield contribution of the agronomic characters could be the guide for breeding selection.The main agronomic characters about 20 lines from LH6 were investigated.The analysis showed that there was abundant hereditary variation in the agronomic characters.The average number showed that the range of variation were different.The correlation analysis showed that 6 pairs of characters had reached significant level in LH6.The principle component analysis selected 5 main contents in LH6 that contributed 85% genetic information.In LH6,seed weight per plant,ball number per plant and Oil Content Rate were preferred the higher the better in selection,while plant height,process length and branch number were moderate.
