β-氨基丁酸诱导向日葵抗菌核病的研究 被引量:5

摘要 向日葵(Helianthus annuus)是世界重要的油料作物之一,菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)是向日葵生产中最严重的病害之一。本试验通过对向日葵喷施β-氨基丁酸(β-aminobutyric acid,BABA),检测向日葵体内的防御酶活性及对核盘菌的抗性,以确定BABA诱导向日葵对核盘菌的抗性能力。结果显示,在检测的几个时间点内,经BABA处理后的向日葵叶片,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(Phenylanine,PAL)、多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol,PPO)和过氧化物酶(Per-oxidase,POD)活性均比对照高,苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚氧化酶活性在处理96h达到最大值,过氧化物酶活性在处理24h达最大值;接种核盘菌后,经BABA处理的向日葵叶片的菌斑面积明显小于对照(7.55cm2/11.85cm2)。这说明BABA可以诱导向日葵对核盘菌的抗性。 Sunflower is one of the important oil crops in the world.Sclerotinia sclerotiorum causes the most severe disease in sunflower.β-aminobutyric acid(BABA) was applied by foliar spraying to test its ability to induce resistance to this pathogen.Defense-associated enzyme activities and resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were tested.The results showed that the activities of PAL,PPO,and POD were all higher than the controls at all the time points tested.PAL and PPO activities reached the highest level at 96 hours and POD activity at 24 hours.After inoculation with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,lesion areas of sunflower leaves treated with BABA were significantly smaller than control(7.55cm2 versus 11.85cm2).This indicates that BABA can induce resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
