摘要
为了研究牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(TCDCA)对大鼠肝损伤的影响,试验采用大鼠四氯化碳肝损伤模型,观察TCDCA对肝损伤大鼠血清AST、AKP、T-Bil、总蛋白质含量及总抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:TCDCA能显著降低CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤血清中AST、AKP、T-Bil含量;显著升高CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤血清中蛋白质含量和总抗氧化能力。因此,TCDCA对CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
Effect of Taurochenodeoxycholic acid( TCDCA) on iver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride( CCl4) in rats was investigated. The liver injury models induced by CCl4 were established in rats. The effect of TCDCA on the content of Aspartate Aminotransferase( AST),Alkaline Phosphatase( AKP),Total bilirubin( T- bil),Total Protein( TP) were determined and the Total Antioxidant Capacity( TAC) were evaluated in serum of liver injured rats. The results showed that the AST,AKP and T- Bil in serum were significantly decreased and the TP and TAC were significantly increased of liver injured rats treated by TCDCA compared with control group. TCDCA showed obvious effects of liver protection.
