摘要
本研究以内蒙古广泛栽培的两个马铃薯品种克新一号和费乌瑞它为试验材料,研究在重金属镉(Cd 50mg/kg)胁迫条件下,硅酸钠、钙镁磷肥、腐植酸钠和有机肥四种肥料对马铃薯生长发育的影响。结果表明:在镉(Cd 50mg/kg)胁迫下,硅酸钠和有机肥可以显著提高克新一号的单株产量和总生物量,有机肥提高了克新一号对镉的抗性;四种肥料均使费乌瑞它单株产量和总生物量显著增加,钙镁磷肥提高了费乌瑞它对镉的抗性。同一肥料处理的费乌瑞它的抗性比克新一号的抗性强。
Hffects of Sodium silicate、calcium magnesium phosphate、sodium humate and organic fertilizer four fertilizers on the growth and development of two potato varieties,'Kexin No. 1'and'Favorite'are widely cultivated in Inner Mongolia under cadmium stress with 50 mg / kg concentration. The results showed that under Cd stress with 50 mg / kg concentration,the yield per plant and total biomass of 'Kexin No. 1'were increased by using sodium silicate and organic fertilizer,while the resistance of 'Kexin No. 1'was the highest by organic fertilizer; The yield per plant and total biomass of'Favorite'were increased by using sodium silicate,calcium magnesium phosphate,sodium humate and organic fertilizer,while the resistance of'Favorite'was the highest by calcium magnesium phosphate. The resistance of 'Favorite'to Cd stress was higher than that of 'Kexin No. 1'under the same fertilizer treatment.
