摘要
以柠条为原料,利用HPLC技术研究了在超声波辅助常压处理下,提取时间、提取温度、乙醇提取液浓度及料液比对柠条叶中黄酮类化合物芦丁提取的影响。通过正交试验确定最佳提取参数,并建立芦丁的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方法。结果表明:乙醇浓度和提取时间对芦丁提取量有显著影响,最佳提取参数为:60min,60℃,乙醇浓度80%,液料比1:10时,柠条叶中芦丁含量为101.84×10-2mg/g。
Caragana intermedia Kuang et H. C. Fu as raw material,using HPLC technology,the extraction effect of Rutin under ultrasonic- water bath was studied for extraction time,temperature,ethanol concentration and the ratio of liquid to materials. The optimum extraction parameters were determined by orthogonal test. The results showed that: the concentration of ethanol and the extraction time had significant effect on the amount of Rutin extraction,the optimum extraction parameters : 60 min,60 ℃,80% ethanol,the ratio of liquid to materiasl 1: 10,the content of Rutin in Caragana intermedia Kuang et H. C. Fu in quantity to achieve 101. 84 ×10- 2mg / g.
