高粱子粒成熟度与养分积累及发芽的关系 被引量:4

The relationship between sorghum grain maturity and nutrient accumulation and germination

摘要 以早熟高粱品种(314A×7654)作为试验材料,通过测定不同灌浆时期高粱子粒的千粒重、淀粉含量、发芽率等指标,探索不同成熟度对高粱质量的影响规律,以确定高粱适宜的收获时间。研究发现,随着高粱子粒成熟度的增加,其千粒重、发芽率、淀粉含量逐渐提高。其中,发芽率在蜡熟中期达到最大,蜡熟初期、蜡熟末期与之接近;千粒重在蜡熟末期达到最大,完熟Ⅰ期与之接近;淀粉含量在完熟Ⅰ期达到最大,以后基本不变。 The early maturing sorghum variety(314A ×7654) was used as the test material. Through the determination of different filling period of sorghum grain weight, starch content, germination rate and other indicators,the effects of different maturity on the quality of sorghum were explored to determine suitable sorghum harvest time. The study found that with the increase of maturity of sorghum seed, the 1 000 grain weight, germination rate and starch content were gradually increased.Among them, the germination rate in mid dough reached the maximum, and was close to the dough stage; the maximum weight was the maximum in dough stage and was close to mature period Ⅰ; the content of starch was the maximum in mature stage Ⅰand after was basically unchanged.
