摘要
雄性不育作为生殖生物学的重要性状,在植物界普遍存在,对于作物杂种优势的利用具有重要意义,在作物育种中具有重要地位。禾本科(Gramineae)植物是人类粮食和牲畜饲料的主要来源,是具有重要经济价值的大科。文章综述了禾本科植物雄性不育的类型、遗传机制、雄性不育的相关基因及其应用,总结了这方面的研究进展,重点归纳了雄性不育的相关基因,展现了雄性不育理论研究及应用的广阔前景。
The phenomenon of male sterility is more common in the plants.It plays a major role in molecular plant breeding as an important trait of plant reproductive biology. Gramineae,as the main source of human food and livestock feed, is the most economic value of spermatophyte. The male sterility types of gramineous plant were reviewed in this paper, involved genetic mechanism, male sterility related genes and its application.Summarizing the related research results and focusing on the male sterile related genes,it showed that the broad prospect of the theory and application of male sterility.
