摘要
文章选取9个土壤标准物质,研究元素分析仪vario MACRO cube测定有机碳以及全氮含量的精准度,同时分析了样品研磨细度和包装纸对元素分析仪测定结果的影响。结果表明:元素分析仪测定土壤全氮含量精准度较高,测定土壤有机碳相比于传统的容量法更加准确,精密度更高。测定全氮时样品细度为0.05~0.50 mm对测定结果的影响不显著;测定全碳含量时,样品研磨细度应小于0.50 mm;中国赛诺兹锡箔纸可以替代元素分析仪配置的德国进口锡箔纸包裹样品进行全氮和全碳含量的测定,以实现节约成本的目的。
In this study, 9 standard soil materials were used to investigate the accuracy of Vario MACRO cube Elemental Analyzer by determining soil organic carbon and total nitrogen content. In addition, the effect of sample fineness and different wrapping papers on the measurement results was also studied. The results showed that the measurement of soil total nitrogen content was accurate, and the determination of soil organic carbon was more accurate and precision by Elemental Analyzer than the traditional volumetric method. Moreover, the sample fineness(0.05 ~0.5 mm)was not significant for soil total nitrogen determination, but it has a large effect on organic carbon measurement; Sample-grinding fineness should be less than 0.50 mm. Furthermore, China Sainuozi foil can replace Germany imported foil to wrap the samples when measure the soil organic carbon and total nitrogen by Elemental Analyzer in order to save the costs.
