摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取内蒙古三种薰衣草纯露,用液液萃取法萃取,纯露经气相色谱-质谱联用仪GC-MS分析化学成分,用清除羟自由基的方法分析其抗氧化活性。结果表明:CAS01#液质浓厚,香味刺鼻,化学成分丰富;CAS07#液质优良,香味极佳,化学成分适中;CAS16#液质优良,香味匮乏,化学成分单调。CAS01#、CAS07#、CAS16#薰衣草纯露依次检测出35种、27种、17种化合物,相对含量依次为:95.33%、85.20%、86.98%,其抗氧化活性:CAS07#>CAS01#>CAS16#。综合认为CAS07#纯露品质最佳,其品种值得广泛推广。
The hydrosol of three kinds of lavandula from Inner Mongolia were extracted by using simultaneous distillation,and be extracted by liquid-liquid,the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Evaluating the antioxidant activity of hydrosol by removing-OH free radicals. The results showed that CAS01# had thick liquid,pungent smell,and most chemical constituents; CAS07# had the clear liquid,best smell,and more chemical constituents; CAS16# had distinct liquid, flat smell,and little chemical constituents. The hydrosol of CAS01#、CAS07#、CAS16# detected 35,27,17 compounds, relative content as flow:95.33%,85.20%,86.98%,and the antioxidant activity of them was CAS07#>CAS01#>CAS16#。In conclusion CAS07# was the best selection.
