摘要
软基含水量高,承载能力差,路基稳定性差,必须采取措施进行加固处理,提高软基承载力,以保证高速公路的施工质量。为了验证强夯法在某高速公路软基加固处理效果,采取静载试验和动载试验进行检验,通过数据分析说明按照施工方案和施工参数处治后的路基承载力符合设计要求。通过选取试验路段验证施工方案,并通过试夯确定夯点布置、夯击能量和夯击次数等施工参数。通过采用静载荷试验和动力触探试验对强夯处治后的软基加固效果进行检测,并进行了数据收集与分析。通过对各测点静载荷试验检测结果分析可知:该路段软基强夯后地基承载力为161.2kPa,变形模量平均值为13.22kPa,均满足设计要求。动力触探试验结果表明:三个测段地基承载力检测平均值分别为159kPa、165kPa和162kPa,均满足了设计要求。
The soft foundation has high water content,poor carrying capacity and poor stability of the roadbed.It is necessary to take measures to strengthen the treatment and improve the bearing capacity of soft foundation to ensure the construction quality of expressway.In order to verify the effect of the dynamic compaction method on the soft foundation reinforcement of a highway,the static load test and the dynamic load test are used for inspection.The data analysis shows that the bearing capacity of subgrade treated according to construction scheme and construction parameters meets the design requirements.The construction plan is verified by selecting the test section and the construction parameters such as the arrangement of tamping points,tamping energy and tamping times are determined by the test tamping.Through static load test and dynamic penetration test,the effect of dynamic compaction treatment on soft foundation reinforcement is tested,and data collection and analysis are carried out.According to the analysis of static load test results at each measuring point,the bearing capacity of the soft foundation after dynamic compaction is 161.2 kPa,and the average deformation modulus is 13.22 kPa,which both meet the design requirements.The dynamic penetration test results show that the average bearing capacity of the three measuring sections are 159 kPa,165 kPa and 162 kPa,respectively,which all meet the design requirements.
