水泥稳定红土粒料劈裂强度尺寸效应研究

摘要 为了确定非洲常用的一种筑路材料——水泥稳定红土粒料的劈裂强度影响因素以及强度的尺寸效应,通过对不同龄期下的水泥稳定红土粒料进行两种径高比的间接拉伸试验,分析劈裂强度的影响因素,并利用SPSS软件对不同径高比的强度数据进行单因素方差分析,研究径高比的变化是否对间接拉伸强度产生显著影响。结果表明,水泥稳定红土粒料的劈裂强度与水泥剂量、养生龄期、径高比有关,劈裂强度随着水泥剂量和养生龄期的增加而增加,随着径高比的减小而减小;方差分析结果显示,红土粒料的劈裂强度具有尺寸效应,试样尺寸不同对水泥稳定红土粒料的劈裂强度值存在显著影响。 In order to determine factors affecting the splitting strength of cement stabilized laterite granules commonly used in Africa and its size effect of strength,indirect tensile tests of two kinds of diameter height ratios were carried out on cement stabilized laterite granules under different curing days and influencing factors of splitting strength were analyzed.SPSS software was used to analyze the strength data of different aspect ratios by one-way ANOVA to check whether the change in the diameter height ratio has a significant effect on the indirect tensile strength.The results show that the splitting strength of cement stabilized laterite granules is related to cement dosage,curing age and diameter height ratio.The splitting strength increases with the increase of cement dosage and curing age,decreases when the diameter height ratio increases.The results of variance analysis shows that the splitting strength of laterite granules has size effect,and the different sample sizes has a significant effect on the splitting strength value of cement stabilized laterite granules.
