西部山区低等级公路避险车道的设计思路

摘要 由于受地形条件影响和建设资金的制约,山区低等级公路(主要是三、四级公路)在克服高差展线时,不可避免的会形成连续长、陡下坡路段,给驾驶安全带来很大隐患。通过对国内外已建成项目经验分析,在山区公路上设置一套或多套合理的避险车道系统,可以有效减少由于长、陡下坡导致的制动故障,对提高公路交通畅通率、保障交通参与者生命财产安全具有重要的意义。文章以四川省九寨沟县漳扎镇至大录乡公路恢复重建工程为例,首先对避险车道系统位置的选取方法进行了介绍,然后对避险车道系统的主要构成要素及其参数的选取进行分析和探讨,构建适用于山区低等级公路避险车道系统的设计思路,以期为山区低等级公路避险车道系统的设置和设计提供参考。 Due to the restriction of geographical conditions and construction capital,the low-grade highway(mainly third or fourth grade highway)in mountainous area will unavoidably set up some continuous long and downward slope to overcome route development altitude difference,which has caused huge hidden danger for traffic safety.The engineering experience has demonstrated that the reasonable setup of truck escape camp in mountainous highway can effectively reduce the traffic accidents caused by brake failure out of long and downward slope,which is important in improving highway transportation safety and safeguarding the safety of life and property of traffic participants.Taking the highway reconstruction project of Zhangzha Town to Dalu Village in Jiuzhaigou County of Sichuan provience as an example,this paper firstly introduced the selection method of the lacation of the escape lane system,then analyzed and discussed the selection of the main elements and parameters of the escape lane system to constructs the design idea of the escape lane system suitable for low-grade highway in mountainous areas,and so as to provide certain technical support for the setting and design of the escape lane system of low-grade highway in mountainous area.
