摘要 通过路基试验段,研究填石路基压实遍数与孔隙率、沉降差之间的相关关系。基于沉降差与压实遍数的填石路基试验段质量控制,确定满足孔隙率标准的松铺厚度、碾压遍数和沉降差等参数。试验结果表明:下路堤石料松铺厚度50cm,强振碾压遍数4遍,孔隙率15.2,沉降差平均值5.1mm;上路堤石料松铺厚度40cm,强振碾压遍数4遍,孔隙率14.6,沉降差平均值2.3,填石路基达到足够的强度和稳定性。 Through the subgrade test section,the correlation between the compaction number of the rockfill roadbed and the porosity and settlement difference is studied.Based on the quality control of the test section of rock-filled roadbed with settlement difference and compaction number,the parameters of loose pavement thickness,rolling number and settlement difference which meet the porosity standard are determined.The test results show that:Loose laying thickness of lower embankment stone is 50 cm,strong vibration rolling times are 4 times,porosity is 15.2,average settlement difference is 5.1 mm;The thickness of loose stone pavement of the upper embankment is 40 cm,the times of strong vibration rolling are 4 times,the porosity is 14.6,and the average settlement difference is 2.3.The filling embankment achieves sufficient strength and stability.
