电感耦合等离子体质谱法在测定天然牧草中金属含量的应用 被引量:1

摘要 研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法在测定天然牧草中As、Be、Co、Cd、Cr、Ni、Pb、Sn、Sr、Tl、V等11种金属含量的方法。采用浓硝酸直接消解样品的前处理方法,可以快速完全的消解牧草,保证了牧草中金属含量测定的准确性;绘制了各元素的标准曲线,曲线的线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9993,同时测定了各种元素的检出限。测试了四种不同区域的牧草样品中金属含量,所检测元素的加标回收率在90.2%-110.8%之间,取得了令人满意的加标回收结果。 A Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry method for determination of As、Be 、Co、Cd、Cr 、Ni、Pb、Sn 、Sr、Tl 、V in natural grass was established. The natural grass samples was compltely digested by Nitric acid and thereby ensured a accurate result.Every elements' calibration curve were measured,the results showed that the correlative coefficients of calibration curve for all elements were higher than 0. 9993 and the limits of detection were determined. Quantitative analyses of the samples moewed from four different regions were tested,the elements' spiked recoveries ranged from 90. 2% to 110. 8% with a satisfactory result.
