摘要
本文选取了作为全国气候友好型管理试点单位的木渎镇为分析对象,采取了包括"碳补偿林"在内的一系列措施以改善木渎气候。针对木渎气候友好型管理重点工程-碳抵消林工程,对其碳汇释氧、二氧化硫吸收、阻滞粉尘的功能价值进行评估,并进行效益分析,结果表明:木渎碳抵消林的经济效益为224.345万元,还具有一定的社会效益和环境效益。此外,针对木渎碳补偿林尚存在的问题,本文也给出了相应的对策建议。
Taken Mu Du town of National Climate-Friendly Type Management Demonstration Unit as analysis target, a series measures including carbon-compensation forest to improve the climate of Mu Du town are analyzed. The function and value of carbon-collection oxygen-released, SO2 absorption and dust-retarded of carbon-compensation forest project are estimated ,and effectiveness are analyzed. The results show the economic benefit of carbon-compensation forest in Mo Du town is 2.224 million yuan, plus certain social ang environmental benefits. According to existing problems of carbon-compensation forest, the countermeasures are proposed.
