The preliminary discussion on Low Carbon Economy Development in Shanxi Province

发展低碳经济是保护人类生存环境的需要,山西省是我国重要的煤炭生产基地,生态环境制约着山西省的可持续发展,为了实现美丽山西,实施低碳经济发展方式是当前发展的必然选择,但由于存在着发展低碳经济的需要制约因素,需要制定相关政策,鼓励全社会投入到低碳经济中,实现山西经济可持续发展。

The development of low-carbon economy is the need to protect the human environment. Shanxi province is one of China's biggest coal-producing regions. But the ecological environment restricts the sustainable development of Shanxi Province. In order to realize the beautiful Shanxi, the low-carbon economy development is the inevitable choice of current developments. Based on the existing restricted factors of development of low-carbon , the relevant policies about low-carbon should be enacted, and public involvement should be encouraged.
