水库水质保护措施探讨

Study on reservoir water quality protection measures

随着水利水电工程的发展,水库水质的保护越来越重要,本文以浙江省某水库工程为例,分析水资源保护方面采取的措施及其效果,措施分为工程措施和管理措施,其中工程措施主要有库底清理、污染源削减、水源地保护工程、水库底泥清淤、生物治理措施等;管理措施主要有水源保护区划定及管理、加强水质监测、风险防范措施及应急预案等,措施执行效果较好,可供其他工程的水资源保护借鉴。

With the development of water conservancy and hydropower engineering,more and more important to protect the water quality of the reservoir,in this paper,for an example of a reservoir in Zhejiang province,analysis of the measures and its effectwhich adopted in the project of water resources protection,the measures include of engineering measures and management measures. In this,the engineering measures are mainly reservoir bottom cleaning、reducing pollution source、water source protection engineering、reservoir sediment dredging、biological control measures,etc; the management measures are mainly water source protection area delineation and management、strengthening water quality monitoring、risk prevention measures and emergency measures and etc,implementation effect is good,can provide some references for the other profect of water resources protection.
