摘要
氮氧化物已经纳入国家控制的一项总要指标,晋煤集团寺河矿120MW煤层气电厂产生废气脱硝处理后可减排NOX排放量1035t/a,本文对烟气脱硝工艺、脱硝催化剂和还原剂进行选择,对主要工艺中的尿素余热锅炉烟气系统和催化反应系统改造研究,对可能造成的环境污染进行防治和治理,最终达到保护环境的目的。
Nitrogen oxides has been incorporated into the national control a total index,Shanxi coal group project in Sihe coal- bed methane power plant flue gas 120 MW denitration treatment can be NOxreduction of 1035 t / a emissions,the flue gas denitration process,denitration catalyst and selection of reducing agents,on the transformation of urea waste heat boiler flue gas system and catalytic reaction system mainly in the process of prevention and control,may cause environmental pollution,finally achieve the purpose of Protect environment.
