摘要
湖北新成皮件(集团)有限公司在皮革鞣制加工过程中产生大量工业废水,该废水产生量大、污染物种类多、浓度高、色度高、处理难度较大。通过对各工段废水分别进行针对性预处理后,再进行集中物化生物处理,实现达标排放;同时,通过局部工艺改进,既降低了水耗,又提高了中水回用量,减少了废水排放,效益明显。
