摘要
本研究区域设在呼伦贝尔市陈巴尔虎旗的温性典型草原与温性草甸草原两大主要草原区,分别采用样方法、土壤剖面及根钻法对其群落结构、土壤特性及地下部分进行监测,并测定了物种重要值、土壤PH、地下生物量等指标。比较研究得出:温性典型草原的物种多样性和均匀性均不如温性草甸草原;温性草甸草原地下生物量较温性典型草原地下生物量更大;温性草甸草原土壤pH值高于温性典型草原;两类草原区地下生物量与土壤pH值之间均呈负相关关系。
We investigated the patterns of community composition,soil properties,and underground biomass in a typical steppe and meadow steppe in Chenbarhu Banner,Hulunbuir City. Aboveground sampling,soil profiling,and root drilling were used to measure species diversity,soil p H,and underground biomass. Species diversity was significantly higher,and underground biomass was larger in the temperate meadow steppe than in the typical steppe. Soil p H was also higher in the meadow steppe. In both locations,underground biomass was negatively correlated with soil p H.
