摘要
采用紫外光化学蒸气发生-原子荧光光谱测定水样中的汞,建立了一种新型简单的测定痕量汞的分析方法。本文考察了相关实验及仪器条件,优化后的实验条件下检出限达4ng·L-1。将该方法用于实际水样测定,汞加标回收率为91%~113%,准确度令人满意。
A new and simple method was proposed for the determination of trace mercury in water samples based on UV photochemical vapor generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Under optimum conditions,as well as instrumental parameters,a limit of detection of4ng·L- 1 is obtained. The method is applied to the determination of trace mercury in water samples with the recovery in the range of 91%~ 113%,the accuracy is satisfactory.
