新形势下钢铁企业面临巨大的环保压力

Iron and steel enterprises facing enormous pressure of environmental protection under the New Situation

国家在"十二五"期间颁布实施了新的钢铁行业污染物排放标准,颁布了新的环保相关法律法规,钢铁企业作为资源以及能源消耗大户、污染物排放大户,在环保"新形势"下到底面临什么环保压力?文章从达标排放、环境污染处罚、环保投资、环保舆论监督等方面,通过数据统计以及引用实例系统分析了钢铁企业在"十二五"末以及未来一段时期内面临的巨大环保压力,并从几个方面提出了化解环保压力的建议。

The new emission standards of pollutants for iron and steel enterprises,and the new Laws and regulations of environmental protection has been promulgated and implemented between the ' Twelfth Five Year Plan' period. What kinds of environmental pressure are iron and steel enterprises facing as a large country of the resource and energy consumption and pollutant emissions under the new situation of environmental protection? Through the data statistics and cites examples,this paper has analyzed the enormous environmental pressure of iron and steel enterprises at the end of Twelfth Five Year Plan and a period in the future from the standardized emission,environmental pollution punishments,the environmental investment,the environmental supervision of public opinion and so on. This paper has also put forward some suggestions for defusing the environmental pressure from several aspects.
