以广东省某新区为例,通过对城市新区基础设施建设专项规划中的各项规划内容进行环境影响识别,筛选出评价重点和评价内容,提出了环境目标并构建了评价指标体系,最后对规划优化、实施过程中的提出了意见和建议。

Taking a new urban district in Guang Dong as an example,environmental impact identification of PEIA of infrastructure construction planning in new urban district is discussed. The paper has screened out the key and contents of evaluation,proposed the environmental objectives and built the index system,and finally put forward opinions and suggestions in the process of planning optimization and implementation.
