松花江流域污水处理厂现状调查与研究

Investigation and Study of sewage treatment plant in Songhua River Basin

通过搜集"十二五"时期黑龙江省松花江流域城镇污水处理厂的相关数据,在分析了污水处理厂建设规模、管理情况、设施运行等的基础上,总结了城镇污水处理设施建设运行存在的主要问题。分析结果表明,目前城镇污水处理厂面临的污水配套管网建设严重滞后、流域绝大多数乡镇没有任何污水处理设施、缺乏具有前瞻性的污水处理及配套规划等问题亟待解决。"十三五"时期松花江流域城镇化率将达到新的历史拐点,研究结论对于推动新时期流域城镇污水处理厂建设,促进水污染防治工作提供理论支持。

Through the relevant data of urban sewage treatment plant in Heilongjiang province Songhua River basin to collect the 'Twelfth Five Year Plan' period,on basis of analysis of the sewage treatment plant construction scale,management,facilities operation and so on,summarized the main problems existing in operation of urban sewage treatment facilities construction. The analysis results show that,the sewage pipe network supporting the construction of the current town sewage treatment plant are facing serious lag,basin most Township without any sewage treatment facilities,the lack of sewage treatment and supporting planning problems to be solved with prospective. ' 45' period of Songhua River watershed urbanization rate will reach a new historical turning point,the conclusion of the research for the promotion of the new period the basin urban sewage treatment plant construction,provide theoretical support to promote the prevention and control of water pollution.
